This year I am determined to learn to use different mediums and dare I say it......stray away from storms occasionally LOLJenn (NennyO) gave me a beautiful set of soft pastels for Christmas. My brother used to do beautiful pastel drawings years ago. I am bound and determined to learn to use them also. This is my 2nd attempt at them. (The first was a rooster that has found a home somewhere else) It is aceo size (2.5" x 3.5") soft pastel and ink on sturdy 70 lb drawing paper. You will find it listed on Ebay Here

I always thought it would be diffucult to do small works with pastel, but you proved me wrong in a big way!
Of course, I have never tried them.
