It's cold here today. -31 with the windchill. I wish I was back on the Mayan Riviera, laying on the beach with my strawberry dacquiri in hand. I think that's what the message says in the bottle. "Someone come get me from this cold!!!!!"
Painted with acrylics on 185 lb canvas paper. I've shown it framed for illustration purposes only. It's actually aceo sized unmatted and unframed. You will find it listed on Ebay here

First paintings in 2010. This is an aceo sized painting of a tallship. We recently went on a dinner cruise on a pirate ship. It was a beautiful night and lots of fun, so I was inspired to paint a sunset scene of the ship. If you ever have a chance to go on one of these cruises, do so. We went with all of our grandchildren and it was an event we will remember for a long time.
I haven't painted many storms lately and this is a postcard size painting of a raven "The trickster" bringing in a storm. Just a whimsical painting of a bit of folklore.
Both of these paintings are listed on Ebay here
