Oh, my, I have to be *ultra* interesting--I have so many tags to catch up with! ;-)

I've moved my blog to its own website, though--it's now www.mousewords.net. And I also am keeping track of my writing at www.writing.mousewords.net. (Art site coming soon!) :-)

Leola, here is THE best cookie recipe ever! Heat an oven to 375 F. Line a sprayed cookie sheet pan with graham crackers. Boil 1 cup butter and 1 cup sugar for 3 min. at a full boil, where it boils even if you are stirring it. Pour the sugar mixture over the graham crackers, and spread with the back of a spoon. Bake for 5 min. Remove from oven, and sprinkle 1/2 cup to 1 cup of chocolate chips over the top. Return to oven for 30 sec. Spread with the back of a spoon. If desired, sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Refrigerate at least 1 hr. Break into bite sized pieces and enjoy!
